Two Advance to State in CX
Congratulations to Jackson Blackmon and Maggie Krahl on winning 1st Place at the District UIL Cross Examination Debate contest held January 30. They have qualified for the State CX Debate contest!
LHS Students Do Well at Home Meet
Members of the High School UIL Science team made their presence known at the Lindsay Invitational Meet on January 11 by winning first place team and several individual awards. High point individual was Aryan Vig, Jack Gomulak was second, Jackson Blackmon third, Kathryn Worth fifth, Michael Sprouse sixth. The top biology student was Trenton Blount, top chemistry was Aryan Vig, and top physics went to Gage Bezner.
