Grading Policy

Third Grade Grading Policy

Daily grades- Daily work is due the day it is assigned. If not complete in class, then it becomes homework and due the very next day. Ten points are deducted for each day it is late after this point, until 3 days pass. After this point, the student will earn a 0, but still need to complete the assignment. If a student earns less than a 70 on a daily grade, they are given the opportunity to correct it to raise the grade to a 70. Five points will be deducted from the grade if there is no name on the paper. 


Test/Project Grades- There will be no grade changes on tests and projects.
